Easter 2010 (picture overload)

Uncle Ed and cousin Lisa

Aunt Lynn and Grandpa

Cousins Jim and Jane

Easter morning the kids and I went along with my parents to their church. We didn't last long there with Paisley because she would have nothing to do with going in the nursery and would not sit still in church. We ended up leaving early and going up to pick up my grandfather to take him with us to dinner. My Dad stayed behind and brought Britt after children's church was over.

In the afternoon, we all went to my Uncle's house to celebrate. I have to admit I was a little nervous going there because the inside of the house is not child proofed at all and there are so many things little fingers like to touch.

We ended up having a really nice time though. The kids spent most of their time out doors and when they were inside they watched Dora and a little of Alvin and the Chipmunks the Squeakqual.

Dinner was really good, we had ham, homemade macaroni and cheese, green beans, rolls, pineapple sauce, cauliflower with cheese sauce, and lima beans. I am making myself hungry typing this.

After dinner, my Aunt Lynn and cousin Lisa took the kids on an Easter egg hunt around the yard. At first Britt was protesting but he soon joined in on the fun. They got eggs filled with dinosaurs and various types of candy. Britt was especially happy about the dinosaurs.

All in all we had a great time and it was so nice visiting with my family I don't get to see very often.

I loved all the pictures! The kids looked so cute!!!!! I bet they were really excited to see the treasures inside the eggs - I love Easter egg hunts!

Did you get a new camera? I love seeing pictures! I bet your family loved being around the kids as much as they could!

Yes, I did finally get a new camera. I ordered it and it came in the mail yesterday. I am so happy to finally have one again. These pictures were taken with my Sister and Aunt's camera's though. I actually ordered the same one my Aunt has after using hers.

My family had a blast being around the kids. I think things get a little dull for them with just adults all the time.
