When I first got this book, I thought it was going to be another diet book.  It certainly is not.   Long time fitness guru Denise Austin helps you to learn what is zapping your energy.  She then tells you how to change things a little at  a time as to not feel so overwhelmed and to get the most out of your day.  Get Energy is for women of all ages.
