Christmas Rewind

We had a wonderful Christmas with both Adam's and my  (at least some of them) families.  Normally on the holidays, we only get to see either my family or Adam's family but this year we were lucky enough to get to spend time with both of them.  It was a lot running around but we had great time.  I really cherish the times I get to spend with both sides of the family.

The kids got so many presents I don't think they knew what to do first.  They really seemed to enjoy themselves.  A highlight was when they got to spend time with their cousin Celie.  Britt would not stop talking about going over to her house all day on Christmas.  Paisley and Celie are so close in age, I think they really enjoyed playing together.  They were telling each other they were they were best friends before the night was over.

On Sunday we headed home with a filled to the top car.  It took us several hours to put everything away.  We are now looking forward to our visit from my parents before they head back home and then our exciting trip to Disney World.  We can't wait!

Great pictures! I know what you mean about having one family or the other--last year we were lucky enough to have some of each and that was a real treat. This year we only had my husband's side of the family over...and it still felt like a real treat. I think that's one of the best parts of Christmas--seeing family you don't often get to visit with. I'm so glad you had a wonderful Christmas!
