After reading through this book, I am definitely intrigued by the author's plan. She really focuses on smaller portions at certain times of day and eating natural, healthy foods. There is even a 5 day jump start that you can do to begin to lose weight rapidly (although, she says that method may not be for everyone.) Plus, there are tons of great recipes included to help you prepare nutritious meals. I love the fact that she says you will not be hungry on this diet. I can not stand a diet that I feel hungry most of the time and inevitably fail. It also allows you the liberty to eat out as long as you follow some simple guidelines. I may just give this plan a try.
