Good News

I just got a call from my Mom that my Grandmother opened her eyes for the first time today. We are so happy! She has also been breathing on her own pretty well so they will probably remove the ventilator soon. The only bad thing is that they aren't going to give her anything to numb the area when they take it out for fear that it might make her more sleepy. So she may be pretty sore afterwards.

My grandmother seemed to respond to my Mom's voice when she talked to her. Please continue to pray that she has a full recovery. God is so Good!
